Winery "Second" labels

How many of you know when a winery puts its premium fruit or juice into their second label...and thus sells the same premium wine under a different label at a lower price?  Many wineries do this in order to control the amount of premium wine available to the market thereby not eroding the price of their premium wine.  It's worthwhile to learn about  winemaking practices of your favorite wines...you can then get some great wines made by the same winemaker with the same grapes at lower prices than their higher priced cousins.
